When I sat down to start this painting, I decided to rely on my intuition and paint without a plan. It was the first time I had ever captured images of my work in progress. I posted this on social media even though I felt vulnerable about others seeing my unfinished paintings.  "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," my mother used to say.  Click on the images to see the progress up close.
